In accordance with the requirements of Law 20/2014, of October 16, regulating electronic contracting and operators carrying out their economic activity in a digital space, we inform you that you have accessed a website (hereinafter, “the Website”) whose domain name www.andorrasportshub.com is owned by the Andorran commercial company Andorra Desenvolupament i Inversió, SAU (hereinafter, “ANDORRA BUSINESS”), duly registered in the Companies Register of the Government of Andorra under number 12789, with commercial registration number 921062M and tax registration number 707941-B. Its registered office is located at Carrer de la Grau, s/n, Prat del Rull building, 2nd floor, AD500 Andorra la Vella (Principality of Andorra).

 

The purpose of the Website is to provide information about the events, services, and activities offered by ANDORRA BUSINESS in relation to the “Sports Innovation Hub” initiative (hereinafter, collectively, “the Initiatives”).

Likewise, users of the Website agree to make diligent use of it and of the content contained therein, in accordance with current legislation, good faith, and good practices, and without contravening morality or public order.

 

Therefore, among other things, access to or use of the Website for unlawful purposes is prohibited, including but not limited to:

ANDORRA BUSINESS will not be liable for damages caused to Website users by malicious software, cybercriminal activities, or other unlawful intrusions by third parties.
